Grindal Worms
Grindal Worms are smaller cousins to earthworms that are nature’s little composter. They grow up to a length of around 1- 2.5 cm long, and make great food for just about ANY small fish and some fish fry, as well as Swordtails, Guppies, Ciclids, Discus, Mollies, Tetras, Community fish, Shrimps, Bettas, Corydoras, angelfish, newts, salamanders, some frogs (fry through adult) and several other critters.
With their small size, small species of fish and some fish fry can easily get a good bite. It’s high fat content makes it great for breeding fish such as Bettas and other community Fish.
White worms are easy to raise and they will become one of your fishes favourite live food!
